No legal recourse is possible.
4.4.10 Only Services that have been played and won in accordance with the applicable rules of the respective game are considered won games. In addition, the player's device must have a functional connection to the game server throughout the game. In the event that a player loses connection during a game, a computer with average player skills completes the game for the player. The player has the opportunity to participate in the ongoing game again. If the game is won by the computer or by the returning player, the winnings will be awarded to the player. Otherwise, the game will be considered lost for the player participating again in the game.
4.4.11 Euro Tiercé reserves the right to retroactively correct or cancel results if the result of the Service was caused by a technical error, fraudulent behavior by a player, or a false bet. If such a correction results in a negative balance on the Player Account, the player will credit the equivalent amount to the Player Account.

5.1.7 The Player declares and warrants to Euro Tiercé that the funds used for playing on the website do not come from illegal sources, and the Player does not use the Services offered by Euro Tiercé to transfer funds or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities or prohibited transactions (including, but not limited to, money laundering), in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to the Player.

5.3.4 Euro Tiercé will not make payments to the Player's bank account until all verifications have been completed. If the Player places money in the Player Account, it must be wagered at least 1x before it can be withdrawn. These transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing.

The account is officially closed when a Player receives confirmation that the account has been closed, and thus, the business relationship between the Player and Euro Tiercé has ended. Any remaining funds in the Player Account will be transferred to the Player's registered bank account if there is no reason why this transaction cannot be processed. These reasons may include, but are not limited to: unverified identity, unverified payment account, enhanced customer review, etc.
6.2.2 Euro Tiercé reserves the right to suspend a Player Account, close it, or interrupt any ongoing Service in the event of a Player's violation of these General Terms and Conditions, applicable related laws, without notice or compensation.

6.2.7 In the event that the Player's account is suspended or closed, Euro Tiercé reserves the right to initiate appropriate or relevant legal proceedings to terminate an alleged violation by the Player, to seek compensation for damages suffered by Euro Tiercé, or to recover any winnings paid to the Player as a result of the alleged Player violation.
6.2.8 In the event that the Player Account is closed by Euro Tiercé due to a violation of these General Terms and Conditions, related documents, and/or applicable laws, the termination of the Player Account will result in the freezing of the Player's balance, including accumulated gaming winnings, without prejudice to Euro Tiercé's right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings.
6.2.9 In the event that a Player has closed their account themselves, the possibility of reopening the account can only be done seven days after the closure of the Player Account.
6.2.10 Players whose Player Account has been closed due to irresponsible gambling, gambling addiction, or Player fraud do not have the opportunity to register on the website again. Euro Tiercé is not responsible if the Player in question manages to open a new Player Account in any way, nor is it responsible for any direct or indirect consequential damage. The Player can close the Account at any time by sending an email to support@becasino.be. The Player will receive email confirmation of the closure of their Player Account.
6.5 Self-Exclusion
The closure provided for in Article 6.4 is independent of the request for self-exclusion that can be made to the Gaming Commission and which will have an impact on both gaming/betting and casino halls as well as online sites. It is recommended that the Player fill out the self-exclusion form available on the Gaming Commission's website. Just like the Gaming Commission, EURO TIERCÉ supports and promotes Responsible Gaming. For this reason, we are convinced that self-exclusion should be requested centrally from the Gaming Commission and not just from one operator. Exclusion forms can be found on the Gaming Commission's website www.gamingcommission.be at the top left of the menu displayed by clicking on the "Player Protection" tab, followed by "Access Ban" and clicking on "Ban Form".
Furthermore, each Player has the option to request a break, self-exclude for a period of 24 hours to 6 months via their customer space, or even request permanent self-exclusion from the Site by explicitly requesting it via support@becasino.be.

The information provided during the registration process must be maintained as true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date by the Player. The Player undertakes to inform Euro Tiercé within thirty (30) days of any changes affecting the information provided by the Player during the registration process. If it appears that these aforementioned registration conditions are not (or are no longer) met or that the information provided is not (or is no longer) correct, true, complete, and/or up-to-date, Euro Tiercé reserves the right to deny access to its services and terminate the business relationship.
7.6 The Player's Account is personal, and only the account holder has the right to use it. If the Player has doubts about the security of their Player Account in terms of password or other security elements, the Player must immediately inform Euro Tiercé.

7.8 The Player undertakes to indemnify Euro Tiercé for any loss that Euro Tiercé may incur in connection with payments or payment defaults by the Player or improper use/misuse of the Player Account.
7.9 The Player undertakes to refrain from any act or behavior that may harm the reputation of Euro Tiercé, the website, the offered games of chance, other Players, or the proper functioning of the website and the offered games of chance. It is prohibited to use any procedure or method of any kind to modify or attempt to modify the gaming facilities offered in order to alter the results.
7.10 In the event that Euro Tiercé has reasonable suspicion that the Player has modified or attempted to modify the gaming facilities offered, used or attempted to use any procedure or method, Euro Tiercé reserves the right to immediately terminate or block the Player Account and not refund the amount credited to the Player Account. Euro Tiercé may also deny the Player access to the services offered by Euro Tiercé.

9.5 The Player acknowledges that Euro Tiercé has no obligation to review or process any complaint that a Player submits to or about another Player. Euro Tiercé will, at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to take action against any person suspected of illegal activity or attempting to violate the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. However, Euro Tiercé has no obligation to verify that Players are using the website, the offered games of chance, or any other service covered by these General Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 10 - Responsible Gaming
10.1 Euro Tiercé strives to provide its Players with entertainment based on a safe gaming environment. However, the Player must understand that gambling can be addictive and be aware of the consequences of gambling addiction for themselves and their family.

In particular, Euro Tiercé reserves the right to correct obvious errors in the storage and processing of results (e.g., errors related to the Player's identity, bets, prizes, odds, etc.).
12.9 In the event that Euro Tiercé is held liable in any way by a court and/or similar authority with legal powers and/or authority over Euro Tiercé, Euro Tiercé's liability will be limited to the amount of the stake or the Player's net winnings, whichever is lower.
